JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated commercial professional to join our team as Sales Development Manager, EMEA. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our expanding customer portfolio of attractions across EMEA and Mobaro’s growth trajectory across the region. Our EMEA team is based in Aarhus, Denmark but for the right candidate a hybrid/remote working model would be an option.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and implementing commercial plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Use calling, emailing, trade shows, meetings, and presentations to attract and contract new customers – especially within amusement parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums, and family entertainment centers.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in marketing and product development to align sales activitues and ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Represent Mobaro at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Gather and communicate valuable customer feedback to inform business and product development initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Today, you have a similar role and areas of responsibility in e.g., a SaaS company, a consultancy firm targeting the LSE industry, or perhaps you work in a commercial role at an attraction.

The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

  • Well-connected in the Leisure, Sport & Entertainment industry throughout EMEA.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive demeanor.
  • Min. 5 years experience from similar roles.
  • A strategic and results-driven approach to sales.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting partnerships.
  • Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively and respectfully.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Tech-savvy individual with a keen interest in communication technologies.
  • Native or business level proficiency in English
  • Native or Business level proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
