Customer Success Associate

To support our growing portfolio of US-based customers and to further strengthen the future journey for Mobaro in America, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Customer Success Associate to join our team in Orlando by June 1, 2024.

As a Customer Success Associate at Mobaro, you will join a positive and collaborative culture, with colleagues and customers who are driven by a clear sense of purpose and committed to making a difference. We will provide the support and resources you need to thrive in your role, and you will be part of a team that is ready to go the extra mile for our customers and for you.

Your number one focus will be to deliver world class first-line support to our customers 4pm-11pm (ET) Mon-Thu and 4pm-10pm (ET) on Fridays.

You will be responsible for handling any system-related challenges and helping customers maximize the value of their Mobaro installation.

To succeed in this position, you will be required to:

  • Be a trusted advisor and supporter to our customers.
  • Execute on the Mobaro customer success framework to support and develop customers.
  • Deliver a consistent and delightful customer journey.
  • Identify and contribute to commercial opportunities.
  • Analyze and report customer needs and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams.
  • Assist the Mobaro Customer Success teams in Europe and US on internal tasks and customer projects.
