Senior Solution Sales Manager, North America
Mobaro is a market leading SaaS provider within safety, maintenance, and operations management in the global attractions industry. With over 400 attractions worldwide relying on the Mobaro technology, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Solution Sales Manager to drive growth in the theme park, amusement park, and family entertainment center (FEC) sectors across North America.


This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in further scaling our presence in a market full of opportunities, and with an Orlando-based office right across from Universal, you’ll be at the heart of the industry, collaborating with top-tier attractions professionals.
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new clients across the theme park, amusement park, and FEC markets in North America.
- Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to tailored demos, proposals, negotiations, and contract close.
- Actively represent Mobaro at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building relationships and creating opportunities in the field.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers and influencers across operations, safety, and executive teams.
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy, aligned with Mobaro’s goals and tailored to the unique needs of the attractions industry.
- Collaborate with our global Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Stay plugged into industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements, sharing insights to help shape Mobaro’s regional strategy.
- Work closely with remote leadership and internal stakeholders, delivering regular updates and contributing to an open feedback loop that supports innovation and growth.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years of B2B experience, ideally within high-growth, consultative selling environments.
- Background in the attractions, amusement parks, hospitality, or entertainment industry strongly preferred — a passion for rides, operational efficiency, and safety is a big plus.
- A Relevant network – existing relationships within the attractions industry highly preferred.
- Experienced in managing complex sales cycles, including leading responses to RFIs, RFPs, and running POCs with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen — comfortable making strategic decisions independently to drive growth across North America.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers from frontline operators to executive leadership.
- Comfortable operating in a remote-first structure, including regular reporting to leadership and cross-functional partners inside and outside North America.
- Creative, tech-savvy problem solver, able to tailor solutions, showcase product value, and close complex enterprise deals with confidence.
