Customer Success Manager

With more than 400 attractions in 27 countries and 100.000+ users worldwide on our platform, we are a trusted partner in ensuring smooth and safe operations for theme parks, zoos, family entertainment centers, and other leisure venues around the world. Headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, we also have offices in the UK and Florida, USA. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Aarhus.

About your role
You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the most value from Mobaro’s solutions. You will work closely with Danish and international clients, helping them implement and optimize their use of Mobaro while fostering long-term relationships. Your key tasks will include:

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing customers, ensuring high adoption and satisfaction.
  • Conducting hands-on implementation and onboarding of new customers to maximize system utilization.
  • Responding to support tickets from customers via our Help Center
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ unique needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identifying expansion opportunities and driving upsell initiatives.
  • Representing Mobaro at industry events in EMEA, strengthening our presence in the attractions sector.


About you

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate:

  • Has proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client-facing role within SaaS.
  • Has worked with or within the attractions industry and understands its unique workflows and challenges.
  • Is fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus.
  • Is an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and embraces freedom with responsibility.
  • Is proactive, curious, and eager to help customers succeed.
  • Open to participating sales conversations (e.g. product demos)
