This policy describes how Mobaro A/S collects personal data, the purpose for which these personal data are used and how Mobaro A/S treats such data.

This policy contains statutory information regarding the Mobaro A/S personal data processing. You can find information about your rights as a registered person in this privacy policy. Legal basis for processing

When browsing the Mobaro website, the user will encounter offers related to the commercial activity of Mobaro. Should the user wish to proceed with an offer, Mobaro will ask for personal information from the user. The types of information will be described later in this policy.

– We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
– We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.
– We use regular Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We use the Facebook Remarketing Pixel in order to serve ads to users who with their interaction on the Mobaro website have shown interest in specific content.

Hubspot tracking code
We use the Hubspot Marketing Automation software to gain insight of website user behaviour on our websites. This allows us to see who interacts with what on the Mobaro website.

! Please note: Only users who have actively given consent by e.g. filling out a form will be identifiable on the website. Anyone else will remain anonymous.

Opting out
Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:
– Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
– Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
– Send you additional information related to your service
– Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

Rights of the data subject

Right to access – You have, under certain conditions, the right to access the data as Mobaro A/S keeps about your person.

Right to rectification of data – You have the right to correct errors or omissions in the data Mobaro A/S treats related to your person.

Right to deletion – You have, under certain conditions, the right to request deletion of data related to your person. Note that this right does not apply to most legal treatments of personal data. If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you may withdraw your consent to this processing, by which related data are deleted.

Subject to limited treatment – In some cases you have the right to suspend the processing of your personal data. This will apply if the accuracy of the data is questioned, if you want a copy of unlawfully processed data and thus do not want these deleted, if you need to prolong the storage of data longer than the Mobaro
A/S’s purpose allows, or if you dispute the right to process your data and such a dispute is not decided.

Right to data portability – You have, in some cases, the right to receive the personal data that Mobaro A/S has collected about your person in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format, for the use of transferring your personal data to another data controller.

Right to insight – You may, in some cases, object to the processing of your personal data. If you object to the processing of your data, these will no longer be processed unless there are significant legitimate reasons for this or the processing is required for the determination or defense of a legal claim. EU privacy data regulation and/or local law govern your rights related to data privacy. These rights are not absolute rights, but rights that you can exercise depending on how personal data is processed by Mobaro A/S.
