How Folly Farm benefits from Mobaro
Mobaro was initially brought in to replace our paper checks on our rides to give us more control and oversight of reoccurring defects and also to streamline the checks for the team so make them easier to understand with pictures and more.
We quickly realised the potential of the system and set the goal of rolling it out across the entire site. Fast forward to 2024 and everything is on the app including our F&B outlets, Zoo & Farm areas and also our accommodation and holiday park.
Increased efficiency and awareness
Since implementation, our staff have become more aware of hazards and can quickly report problems and have bought in to covering themselves by ensuring their tasks have been signed off as proof their work has been completed. In addition, SOP's, risk assessments and other company documents are now at everyones fingertips whereas before they had to go to certain locations for paper copies so now there is no excuse for doing things wrong!
Savings and litigation defense
We have been able to save money by pulling reports of commonly occurring problems on our rides or catering equipment helping us determine whether to repair or replace and I have been able to successfully defend some litigation cases against us by providing mobaro records to prove certain checks have been performed on our rides.
I can't endorse Mobaro enough and the team are always on hand for support. I cannot think of a downside to having Mobaro as it has become a vital tool in our health and safety management system.
